so i went shopping for the cookie ingredients and i couldnt remember if my recipe wanted baking soda or baking powder, so i bought both, and then i got home and noticed that i already had baking powder, and then found out it was baking soda all along. sheesh. so anyways, i will be making some chocolate mint chip cookies this time, but since you cant get the actual green mint chips at winco until christmas time i had to compromise and went with the pastel mints from bulk foods, which is cool because the minst are green pink and yello so they will be my 'chocolate mint confetti cookies' today was the last day im closing in produce this week, tomorrow im off by 830 which is still pretty lame because i wont be able to go to fhe then i have tuesday off and open on munday and then i have the rest of the week off... maybe. we lost another new employee in produce so my hopes and dreams may be dashed, this was set to be my last week in produce too.
